Please follow the steps below to Convert your Deals (Pending Dollars) to Booked Revenue.
1. Create your Deal and set to Open-Pending.
2. When the order is booked and you need to convert your Pending dollars to Booked Revenue, simply change the Deal Status to Closed Won.
NOTE: To remove the Booked Revenue(if the money is not coming in), you will need to change the Deal Status back to Open Pending, then change to Closed Lost.
