Monarch - Account Profile Data Cards

On the Account Profile, three data cards are displayed, and it is recommended that they are modified to show what is relevant to the said Account since they are displayed on the top of the page.

To set up the Data Card, please follow the below steps:

  • Please click on the plus sign (+).
  • Click one of the Data Cards that you wish to view.

To change the Data Card, please follow the below steps:

  • Please hover your cursor on the Data Card that you wish to change.
  • Click the X in the upper right of the Data Card to close the card.
  • Please click on the plus sign (+).
  • Click one of the Data Cards that you wish to view.

To clear/remove the Data Card, please follow the below steps:

  • Please hover your cursor on the Data Card that you wish to change.
  • Click the in the upper right of the Data Card to close the card.

To expand the view of the Data Card, please follow the below steps:

  • If the Data Card has a link, like "View All..." or "See All....", clicking the link will expand the view of the Data Card.
  • If there is no link, hover your cursor over the graph or image on the data card. The background of the card should turn grey, click on the image to expand the data card.


Below are the Data Cards that  you can select on Account Profile:

  • Get Me Info. Stat!

This Data Card will allow you to search various internet databases or social media sites for the account to see more information about the account.


  • Recently Booked Revenue

This Data Card displays the total revenue value that has been imported in the last 7 days for the Account.

  • Sales Outlook

This Data Card displays forecast and booked dollars. With the Expanded View, LY$, TY$ and Forecast and Budget are displayed and time frames (Month, Quarter, Year) can be selected.

  • Top 2 Most Contacted Contacts

This Data Card displays the two most contacted contacts for this account. Th e card will allow for you to quickly see the contact's information and to quickly edit the account, by clicking on the Edit icon on the far right of the card. Clicking View All, will take you to a page to see all the contacts for the account.

  • Twitter Feed

This Data Card will allow the end user to see the Twitter feed for the account. The end user can scroll on the right hand side of the Data Card to see the most recent tweets. To get the Twitter feed to show, the account will need to have their Twitter URL added to the Account.

  • Pending Deals Value

This Data Card displays the total value of all pending deals. You can click on this Data Card to open an Expanded View of the Deals.

With the Expanded View, Account name, Deal name, Salesperson name, Pending Deal Value and Estimated Close Date are displayed.  Also, you can close the deal by clicking on the 3 lines next to the estimated close date. Then select either Won or Lost.

To export the Deals list, please click the three dots on the top right as shown in the below screen shot. Then select Export.
