Monarch Mobile - How to Add a New Contact

You can access Matrix on your smartphone and do everything in Matrix Mobile that you would do if you were in the office on your desktop. 

To check if a Contact exists, please tap Search at the bottom of the screen, type in the contact name in the search box and then tap the search icon on the right of the search box. On the Search Result page, please check if the Contact name exists. 

To add a New Contact, please follow the below steps:

1. Tap the Actions menu at the bottom of the screen and select Contact.

2. On the Add Contact form, pleaes fill out the information as much as you can, and tap Save at the bottom right of your screen.

To add a Note into a Contact, please follow the below steps:

1. Tap Actions at the bottom right of your screen and select Note

2. Under Add a note for, tap a Contact. On the Search for a contact box, type in your Contact's Name, select it from the dropdown options, and continue to fill out the information for your Note. When you are done, tap Save at the bottom right of your screen. Additionally, if you create a New Note from the Contact's Profile, the Contact field will be pre-populated for you.

Once the Contact exists, you can add a  Contact into an Activity.

To add a Contact into an Activity, pleaes follow the below steps:

1. Navigate to the Activity profile by tapping main menu, selecting Activities and tapping on the activity that you wish to a Contact.

2. Scroll down to the Contact Field, typing your Contact's Name, and select their name from the dropdown options.

3. Tap Save at the lower right of your screen to save the update.  

Note: if you create a New Activity from the Contact's Profile, the Contact field will be pre-populated for you on the Add New Activity form.
