Monarch
- The Mass Actions on the Account List are once again functional for users of Internet Explorer 11 and Edge.
- You may start seeing images of salespeople, managers, and contacts appearing within Monarch instead of the silhouette image next to their name. This is because we now integrate with Gravatar, globally recognized avatars!
- If you want your image to appear in the upper right next to your name or if you want your Team page to be filled with smiling faces then you have to get an account with Gravatar. Once you connect your email address that you use to log into Monarch, then it will start showing up within these locations. It may take a day or two for changes to propagate through the web. This can also be seen in locations like the Account Profile when viewing your contacts. If any of your contacts have connected to Gravatar then their images will also display instead of the default silhouette. Hopefully this makes things a LOT more personable!
