The Forecast Report will now consider the Sales Stage filter when you save the report as a favorite. If you previously used this filter with a favorite, please run the report again and set the filter accordingly before overwriting your favorite in order to capture this fix correctly.
We have added 2 new metrics to the Sales Productivity card which can be enabled by an admin if desired.
The Average Monthly Sales will display the average booked amount per account over the previous 12 months, including the current month. You'll also be able to get a trend from the previous 12 months per salesperson as well as the accounts that fell below the average amount.
The Average Monthly Deal will display the average amount pending per account over the next 12 months, including the current month. You'll also have the ability to see any of the Accounts that are below that average amount offering your sales team a chance to try and bring that average up.
We have made some significant performance improvements to the loading time for the Deals landing page, the data cards on it, and the Deal Pipeline. We are now seeing load times that are upwards of an 88% improvement.
