Monarch
- Clarity now has an option that can be enabled by the Administrator to automatically delete Activities created through the integration if there is no Contact, Account, or Agency added within 7 days of creation. This helps to keep cleaner, detailed Activities within Monarch while still allowing users the ability to update them with more information in a timely manner.
- Corrected an issue where Clarity was creating duplicate notes in the Outlook calendar event when you made an update within Monarch to the corresponding Activity.
- When updating a note on an Activity in Monarch that has synced with Clarity to Outlook, the update will be reflected on the Calendar Event.
- Addressed an issue where Clarity could send updates to meeting attendees without being user prompted.
- The Sales Productivity will once again respect filters applied for Activity Types
