Notes for December 7, 2024

Monarch

  • Monarch is proud to introduce a reimagined activity tracking system designed to streamline workflows and deliver actionable insights for sales teams. The updated system consolidates activities into four core methods—Call, Email, Meeting, and Other—making it easier to log efforts and understand where time is being spent. A redesigned interface ensures intuitive navigation, with method-first selection simplifying activity creation and reducing unnecessary complexity. These enhancements not only improve user experience but also enable sales teams to focus on what truly drives results.
    • The new reporting capabilities empower sales leaders to transform raw data into meaningful strategies. By grouping activities by method, managers gain a high-level view of team dynamics, uncovering trends and identifying coaching opportunities. With Monarch’s revamped system, organizations can optimize resources, align strategies, and achieve better outcomes—all with the confidence of data-driven precision.
    • Your Success Manager will be reaching out to you soon as we custom tailor the experience and roll this out to each of our customers

  • The Demographic field can be part of deals. It will not be considered in the reconciliation process, however. This adds another layer of detail to pending reporting if desired.
  • Clarity has been updated to now create, update, and delete calendar events from Activities you have created in Monarch as long as they are Meetings or Calls and the Contacts are not associated with your block list.
  • When choosing to Block Contact and Delete Activity in the Clarity notifications you may be asked if you also want to delete other activities affiliated with that contact. This will reduce the need to delete activities individually that you may have missed or previously allowed in. This action will still not delete the Contact so that you can easily have them in Monarch for other needs.
  • Fixed an issue where some Activities could not be deleted from the Recently Created Activities from Clarity notification.
  • Flex Fields are now associated with the following reports: Churn, Inactive, Pacing, Ranking, Forecasting. Stay tuned as we update the next batch of financial reports next month!
  • Fixed an issue with the Show Proposed Deals on Sales Outlook where clicking on the green $ icon to edit a deal would instead try to create deals if the option was selected.
  • Improved the response time for Alerts and Notifications to display in The Feed
  • Shared Access Salespeople will now have a Salesperson filter when editing budgets
