How Do I Change My Email on My User Profile?

Users that have Local User Maintenance are able to edit their email or have a manager with Local User Maintenance edit their email within in Matrix. To do so:

1. Click Lists

2. Select Users

3. Hover your mouse on the name that you wish to change email address. The gear icon will show up on your right

4. Click the gear icon

5. Select Edit

6. Please make change to the email address field

7. Click Save to commit the change.

If you don’t have LUM access, please submit the request to Matrix Support via the SUPPORT from the Matrix menu bar.
