• The Account List has been updated to now show how long a salesperson has owned an account instead of the creation date. Previously, managers tried to do some fancy math to figure out the last reassignment date or the creation date compared to today in order to just understand if Sally Salesperson has made progress on a prospect or if she's just hoarding businesses. Now you have better insight into the length of ownership and can make informed decisions on when to apply pressure.
