This Alert will monitor any Accounts that are or are not spending on the Outlets of your choosing. Just so you know, you cannot choose the same Outlets that are in both Spending and Not Spending.
To set up the Account Spending Not Spending By Outlet Alert, please follow the below steps:
1. Navigate to the Alerts from the Navigation Panel on the left-hand side of your screen.
2. Click the Alert Settings on the top right corner of your Alert Center.
3. Click (+) Add Alert button found on the top right-hand corner of the My Alerts dialog.
4. Select Account Spending Not Spending By Outlet and click Next. Note that you will not see the Next button until an alert is selected.
5. Configure each of the options and click Next.
Notes:
- You cannot select ALL Outlets for both Spending and Not Spending. Please ensure you select different Outlets across “Spending” and “Not Spending”.
- You will not see the Next button until all required fields are filled out.
6. Give your alert a name that is meaningful to you and then click Save. Note that you will not see the Save button until a name is entered.and click Save.
Notes:
- If you don't see the Alert that you just set up on the Dashboard, please refresh the page or log out of Matrix and log in again. To log out, click your name on the top right corner and select Log Out.
- On the Alert‘s result page via the Actions button, you can add a new Deal, or Activity and send an email to your Salesperson. Note that Send Email option is only available for managers
- On the Alert's result page, you can export the alert result into the Excel file by clicking on .CSV button on the right top of the screen.
