When experiencing an instructional pop-up window within Matrix that you are not able to select the Close or Next buttons because they are not within view, you will need to reset your Browser’s Zoom to 100%.
Once you reset your Browser back to 100%, the Close or Next buttons are now viewable to be selected.
To set the Zoom back to 100% in Firefox, Chrome or Internet Explorer, please use any of the following Keyboard Shortcuts:
· Hold Ctrl + 0 (zero) to reset your browser back to the default zoom at 100%
· Hold Ctrl + -(minus) to incrementally change it back to 100%
· Ctrl + spinning the mouse wheel works as well to incrementally change it back to 100%
