Monarch - Why Are Certain Accounts Not Showing In Corporate CSS Report?

There could be a few reasons:

  • Did the order come over through the import process? Check the Revenue Tab on the account profile.
  • Is the account tagged as CSS? Check to see if the account is tagged appropriately. 

  • Was the order entered into Wide Orbit using the appropriate revenue types?
  1. DIGAS New - Local 
  2. Digital New – Local
  3. Spot Direct New - Local  
  • Check the Details tab on the Account Profile.
