When you create a new Activity in Monarch that contains a start and end time, we make a call behind the scenes to Outlook to see if you have any calendar events already within that time frame.
In the screenshot attached, the user is trying to create an activity from 11:00AM – 12:00PM. However, Clarity tells the user that they have 2 events already in that time slot. The user can then choose to ignore the warning and schedule it anyways for the original time slot, or they can opt for one of the available times in the near future. We’ll suggest 4 upcoming time slots from 8:30AM – 5:30PM, Monday – Friday that you can pick from and update the Activities date and time for you before syncing the Activity to Outlook.
