To Send your Deal to AOS via Desktop
If you are authorized to use the AOS Integration you will see a new “Send to AOS” button on your deals that allows you to optionally send the deal to AOS where you can continue the process there.

There are restrictions with what can be sent to AOS, however.
- Your deal must contain both an Account and an Agency.
- Your deal must contain at least one detail row with an amount greater than $0.
If you do not meet this criteria a red error message will display letting you know the reason your deal could not be sent to AOS.

If the criteria are met you will still need to map a few more fields that AOS requires in their system. Those fields are:
- Account – Map the Account on your deal to the Account in AOS. This is a one time mapping per Account. You can enter a few characters in order to initiate the search process.
- Agency – Map the Agency on your deal to the Agency in AOS. This is a one time mapping per Agency. You can enter a few characters in order to initiate the search process.
- Salesperson – Map the Salesperson on your deal to a Salesperson in AOS. Note that you must supply the entire email address in order to be valid. You cannot supply a few characters and expect it to search. This is a one time mapping per Salesperson.
- Order Type – contains values like Agency Buy, Direct Response, and Programmatic options that are needed in AOS.
- Primary Demo – contains values like A18+, M45-49, and W55+ and are needed in AOS.
- Market Place – contains values like Broadcast Upfront, Calendar Upfront, and Scatter and are needed in AOS.
- Calendar – Broadcast Monthly Converged, Broadcast Quarterly, and Broadcast Monthly Digital and are needed in AOS.

Once your deal has been submitted, your button will change from Send to AOS to Submitted along with the date and timestamp.

Please note that while your deal is now being processed and sent to AOS, AOS does not provide a way for updates to be sent back to Monarch. For now, the deal will remain editable – but if in the future AOS develops a way to send information back to Monarch we will make the deal read only and require updates be made in AOS as it is further down stream.
