As you create new contacts in Monarch, make updates to previously synced contacts, or when Accounts and Agencies are reassigned to you with Contacts they will also sync over to Outlook and display. You can find all of your contacts that were synced (and potentially others you already had) from the Contacts menu in the general Contacts list under My Contacts (default settings and screens from Outlook provided below)

Synchronize Monarch Contacts
Monarch provides a way for you to choose how fresh your contacts in Monarch should be in order to synch to Outlook. This ensures you aren’t pulling over super old contacts that you might not be actively working with, but still gives you the ability to pull a lot in if desired.
To Manage Synching Contacts from Monarch to Outlook, please follow the below steps:
1. Navigate to your name located on the right top of the page and click Profile.

2. Click Integrations tab and then Clarity Settings link(visible after you have initially authenticated to use the Clarity Integration).

4. Then click on the Synchronize Monarch Contacts tab.

5. Click Synchronize contacts created as of drop down to select how old a Contact can be in order to be synced to Outlook. The options are from Today back to 24 months.
6. Then set Enable Monarch contact syncing to Clarity to ON. You will be prompted for a confirmation which you should say YES to. Once confirmed you can close the dialog. If you ever wish to stop synching contacts in the future, simply change that synch option to NO and close the dialog. Future contacts created in Monarch will no longer sync to Outlook.
