If you would like to save the email that you sent to clients into Monarch, we suggest entering Matrix Activity email into BCC field before you sent the email to your client.
In order to use this feature, you need to save Matrix Activit email into your email’s electronic address book. Please follow the below steps:
1. Click My Profile, located in the drop-down menu under your name in the upper right-hand corner.
2. Click the Integration tab.
3. Select the email under Matrix Activity Mail. Then right - click and select Copy.
4. Open up your Outlook, click People icon on the top left and click New Contact.
5. Place the Matrix Activity mail that you copied from step#3 into Email field and type in "Matrix Activity" into Full Name field. Then click Save & Close button on the left top corner. Matrix Activity mail is now ready to use.
6. To send an email to your client and save the email into Monarch, click Email icon on the left top and New Email.
7. Please make sure you enter "Matrix Activity" into BCC field BEFORE you send email to your client.
After the email is sent, Matrix will review the address(es) of the email recipient(s), and create the activity for you.
- If your client email already exists in Matrix, the activity will be listed as Completed under Activities page with the client name under the Contact column.
- If your client email has NOT been added into Matrix, the activity will be listed as Completed under Activities page with no client name under the Contact column. However, you can add a contact into Matrix and then add the contact into activity email later.
To review the email activity, please navigate to Activities under LISTS. Then click Complete tab on the right top.
