- Budget attributes and templates have been setup by Nexstar Corporate.
- Top-Down Budget – Corporate or station level budgets. Only visible to Corporate and Managers (not AE’s).
- Bottom-Up Budget – Sales budget goals for AE’s
- Once budgets have been entered manually, they are automatically saved and available throughout the application on the Sales Outlook, Reports, etc.
- Budget Change Logs – This function allows you to see who edited the budget, when the budget was edited, and what budget changes were made. Green shows budget increases and Red shows decreases.
- Lock/Unlock – Managers/Corporate can lock/unlock all months
or specific months
