There is not a way to "mass delete" or delete all at once, a whole bunch of Activities. You will have to delete each Activity one by one.
To easily Delete the Activities that you do not want, go to your Activity List (List menu -> Activities) and click on the "X" to the right of the Activities that you do not want.
