Projects in Monarch help you organize accounts into one place for analysis. To access Projects module, please naviagate to Projects, in the left-hand menu.

Projects Page
On Projects Page, there are 2 sections: Graph and Project list.
Graph Section: In this section, you can interpret the data by three themes: (For each Year).

- How projects fare in terms of meeting the goals.
- Which of the accounts are the highest spenders?
- Which of the projects are the most profitable and least profitable?
Projects Section: In this section, you will see the projects created by your manager.

1. By Year | By Market - You can filter the projects by year & market.
2. Current Projects | Past Projects - You can also filter by current & past projects by run dates.
3. Download icon - You can also download the filtered project lists by clicking on “download” icon.
4. Header Columns & Sorting :
- For every project, the project name, the goal amount ($) that was set for the project, how much $ sold & $ pitched stake against the goal amount is listed.
- You can sort each column by clicking on the arrows next to the header name.
5. Project name - You can access the project profile by clicking on the project name. You will be taken to the project profile.
Project Profile
On the Project profile page, there are 3 data cards located on the top of the page:

- Inventory Information: For that project, how much inventory is left, sold, pitched. You can get more granular details by clicking on “expansion” icon in inventory info graph as shown below.
- Goal Analysis: For that project, what is the goal amount set, & how much has been sold/pitched.
- Top 5 salesperson: Who are the top 5 salesperson for this project.
Note that each data card, you can click the expansion icon on the top right to see the expanded view.
Then on the expansion view, you can click collapse icon to go back to the previous view.

On the Project profile page under the data cards, there are 4 tabs: Accounts, Activities, Changelog, and Matrix Locker.

Accounts:

1. Account list - shows all accounts that were added into the Project and the following columns.
- Account name - shows account name.
- Salesperson name - shows salesperson name.
- #Activities - shows the number of activities on the account that are associated to the project.
- $Pitched - shows the amount of pitched dollars.
- $Sold - shows the amount of sold dollars.
- $Declined - shows the amount of declined dollars.
2. Add an Account - Any Account Executive or Manager can add an account to the project by clicking on + Add an Account button at the bottom of the page.
3. Back - Go back to the previous page.
4. Download icon - you export Account list with Salesperson, Activities, Pitched, Sold and Declined columns into Excel by click this button.
5. Menu icon (three dots) - Once you click on Menu icon, you can select below options:
- Add an Activity - to add an Activity into the account.
- Remove from List - will remove the account from the Project.
6. Expanded Activity list icon (V) - Once you click this icon, all the activities are associated to the account will display.
Note that once you click the dollars amount on $Pitched, $Sold or $Declined columns, the Add a Pitch dialog will display and you can add or edit the dollar amount on this dialog.

1. Weighted - you can enter the percentage of weighted Pitched dollars.
2. Outlet - you can select the outlet from the drop down.
3. Revenue Type - you can select the revenue type from the drop down.
4. Status - you can click one of the three options to indicate pitched/sold/declined status of the dollars amount.
5. Pending amount - you can enter or update the pending amount.
6. Menu icon - once you click the menu icon, you can select the below options.
- Inventory - you can indicating how much inventory has been pitched/sold/declined. Note that this option shows only when the inventory has been added into the Project profile via the Available Inventory tab.
- Remove - will remove a row from the Add a Pitch dialog.
7. Add Row(+) - you can add a new row by clicking this icon.
8. Save - once you are done entering the information, click this button to save it.
Activities
Click on this tab to see the Account Executive activities associated with this project.

Changelog
To show different interactions by salesperson with regards to the project.

Matrix Locker:
To store the matrix locker information. To upload the document, click on the plus sign (+) located on the right top. You can also remove the document by clicking the menu icon on the far right of the document and then select Delete.

Finally, all the projects $ sold amount and $ pitched amount (if turned on in options), are used in the following reports: Budget Report, Pacing Report, Forecast Report and Forecast Change Report.
