There are multiple Data Cards that you can select to display on the Home page. These Data Cards are displayed right after you log into Matrix if you set up Home as the default Home Page. Please be sure to select the cards that are important to you.
To set up the Data Card, please follow the below steps.
- Please click on the plus sign (+)
- Click one of the Data Cards that you wish to view.
To change the Data Card, please follow the below steps.
- Please move your cursor to the Data Card that you wish to change.
- Click the X in the upper right of the Data Card to close the card.
- Please click on the plus sign (+)
- Click one of the Data Cards that you wish to view.
To clear/remove the Data Card, please follow the below steps.
- Please move your cursor to the Data Card that you wish to change.
- Click the X in the upper right of the Data Card to close the card.
To expand the view of the Data Card, please follow the below steps.
- If the Data Card has a link, like "View All..." or "See All....", clicking the link will expand the view of the Data Card.
- If there is no link, move your cursor over the graph or image on the Data Card. The background of the card should turn grey, click on the image to expand the data card.
Below are the Data Cards that you can select on the Home page.
Alert Counts
This Data Card displays the Alert Counts for each severities (Act, Watch, Encourage, and Celebrate)
Favorite Alert
This Data Card shows the result of Alert that you are most interested.
Deals that May Need to be Reviewed
This Data Card displays the number of deals that may have been reconciled by billing but did not fully close the deal. Without editing or winning the deal, the pending dollars are going to lead to an inflated forecast. Clicking on the card, will take the end user to an expanded view listing of Deals with their Name, Account, Salesperson, Pending Deal Value, and Estimated Close Date. A user can also take action to Win or Lose the deal from the list.
Leads to Be Approved - (This is not available if you have the Multi-Stage functionality)
This Data Card displays leads, if your market uses leads, that need to be approved. Clicking the Data Card will expand to a view that will show the listing of leads that have been submitted for approval. The list will include the Account Name, Salesperson, Address, Address 2, City, State, Zip, Next Activity, Last Activity, and Number of Contacts.
Pending Deals by Categories
This Data Card displays the top Categories on Pending Deals. Hovering over the section of the pie chart for each category will show the dollar value of all deals with that category. Clicking the see all link to open the expanded view will show a listing of Deals with their Name, Account, Salesperson, Pending Deal Value, and Estimated Close Date. A user can also take action to Win or Lose the deal from the list.
Pending Deals by Salespeople
This Data Card displays a scatter plot of the salespeople, the value of the pending deals, and the average number of days open. This Data Card is great at showing if deals are lingering open. Clicking on the link at the bottom of the Data Card will show a listing of Deals with their Name, Account, Salesperson, Pending Deal Value, and Estimated Close Date. A user can also take action to Win or Lose the deal from the list.
Sales Outlook
This Data Card displays forecast and booked dollars. With the Expanded View, it will load the Sales Outlook pod, an interactive reporting dashboard.
Today’s Activities
This Data Card displays a running calendar view of the activities for today. With the Expanded View, Activity’s Time, Type, and Subject, Account name, Primary Contact, Phone number and Email address are displayed.
Recently Booked Revenue Types
This Data Card will show the Top Five Booked Revenue Types for your security partition. Hovering over the bars will show you the total dollars for each Revenue Type. Clicking the link to show all Recently Booked Revenue will load an expanded view, showing the Account, Salesperson, and the Booked Dollar amount grouped by Revenue Type.
Recently Booked Outlets
This Data Card will show the Top Ten Booked Outlets for your security partition. Hovering over the bars will show you the total dollars for each Outlet. Clicking the link to show all Recently Booked Revenue will load an expanded view, showing the Account, Salesperson, and the Booked Dollar amount grouped by Outlet.
U.S. Accounts Density
This Data Card displays a map of the United States and shows the density of the accounts in your partition. The Data Card will pull back data based on any addresses that have been entered on the Account Profiles. Hovering over a state shows the number of accounts and clicking on the state for the expanded view is a listing of the Accounts with the Salesperson in each state.
