Digital Budget Roll Up provides the AE with a way to view their Top Down Budget to see the FLN, FLX, Livestream, Fox Sports App, and Core by Outlet in order to get a quick picture of those values alongside the Booked dollars and Forecast.
Notes:
- TY Budget will display $0 until Top Down Budgets are loaded in.
- Report Names are dynamically selected from the Digital group. If you add or remove from the Digital group via maintenance it will impact what is displayed.
Collapsed View - displays the total of each metric for the selected time frame on the expanded view.
Expanded View - displays data by Outlet, FLN, FLX, Livestream, Fox Sports App, and Core.
- LY Booked - the booked amount last year for the same quarter. For example, the selected time frame is Fiscal Q2 2026 then LY Booked is Fiscal Q2 2025 based on the Fiscal Gross calendar.
- TY Budget - the budget amount for the fiscal quarter selected.
- TY Booked - the booked amount for the fiscal quarter selected based on the Fiscal Gross calendar.
- $ Booked to Budget - the calculation of (Booked - Budget) as a dollar amount.
- % Booked to Budget - the calculation of ((Booked / Budget) - 1) as a percentage.
- Weighted Pending (50%+) - Deals with pending in the quarter selected where the deal has a weight of 50% or greater.
- Weighted Forecast - the sum of (TY Booked + Weighted Pending(50%+)).
- % Weighted Forecast to Budget - the calculation of (Weighted Forecast / Budget) - 1) as a percentage.
Navigating Expanded View
1. Collapse - When clicking this button, this will bring you back to your Home Page to view your other data cards.
2. Grouping - When clicking this button, the outlets will be displayed as not show groups, show groups or show groups only. To more learn more about grouping options, please view this article: Monarch - Hierarchy Grouping options
3. Time frame controls - When clicking the time frame, quarter list will show. You can select one of the quarters. The Data for the selected quarter will be displayed.
4. CSV - When clicking on this button, the data will be exported into Excel.
5. Heart icon - If you would like Digital Budget Roll Up to open by default when selecting Home from the navigation panel, you can click the heart icon located in the top right corner of the data card. If this is set as your favorite, the icon will be shaded red .
