When an AE submits an account request, a manager must take action on it (either Approve or Deny it).
To approve or deny account requests, please select Prospecting in the navigation panel. You will notice that the Requested Accounts Card to be reassigned allows you to know how many Accounts have been requested.

On the Prospecting page, you can view the requests from specific salespeople by clicking Salespeople filter and select only salespeople whom you wish to view their requests.

If you are a Lead manager, you can view either Lead Approvals or Reassignment Requests page.
- Lead Approvals - show all the Lead requets.
- Reassignment Requests -show all account reassignment requests.

To Approve or Deny Requested Accounts:
1. On the Prospecting page, you will see a list of Accounts that are waiting for your decision.
2. Click the Expansion Arrow to see the Outlets that are being requested.
3. To Accept or Deny, click the appropriate button.

Notes:
- If you Deny the request, "Why are you denying this request?" dialog box will appear. You will be able to add a note to state the reason why you are rejecting the account request and then Click the Confirm button.The Account remains a Lead account.
- If you Approve the request, a message appears to confirm your action.The Account is converted to a Prospect account.
