Matrix Locker is your tool to remotely store the document and be able to access anywhere. Matrix locker is easy to access through your account, agency, contact, deal, activity, and project profile pages or you can access it directly from the Navigation Panel under Lists on the left-hand side of your screen.
To upload file into Matrix Locker, please follow the below steps:
1. On Matrix Locker page, click on the plus sign(+). The File Upload and Affiliation dialog will display.
2. On the File Upload and Affiliation dialog, please click Choose File, then locate and Select the file that you want to upload.
- Assign To: you can select the salesperson name that you wish to assign the file to by typing the salesperson name and then select the name from the pop-up list. This field is only available for managers.
- Choose Folder: you can select the folder where you would like the file to be stored.
- Affiliation: you can search for the Account, Agency, Contact, Deal or Activity that the file should be affiliated to.
3. Click Save.
To Edit Affiliations/Folders or Rename File, please follow the below steps:
1. On the Matrix Locker page, click on the menu icon at the right of the file that you wish to edit and select either Edit Affiliations/Folders or Rename File.
2. The Edit Filename and Affiliation option will display. On this dialog, you can edit the file name, folder, affiliations.
3. After you are done with edition, click Save.
To Delete File, please follow the below steps:
1. Click on the menu icon at the right of the file that you wish to delete and then select Delete File.
2. A Confirmation dialog will display. Please click Delete.
To Share File, please follow the below steps:
1. On the Matrix Locker page, click on the menu icon at the right of the file that you wish to delete and then select Share File.
2. The Share File with a Third Party dialog will display. You can copy the URL and send to anyone who you would like to share a file to. The people whom you share the URL to can paste the URL on their browser, download and view the file.
