Monarch - Master List Overview

To access the Master list, please navigate to Accounts and click Master List on the top right.

For Account Executives, you can check to see if anyone already owns an Account that you're thinking of calling on, or maybe that Account has history with your company, but nobody is currently working with them. You can search for inactive or open accounts to claim from the Search box on the top of the page.

Master Account list also shows you LAST ACTIVITY DATE which is the last time an Activity was completed on an Account as well as NEXT ACTIVITY DATE which is the next time an Activity is scheduled. If the account has no activities, no date shows in both the LAST ACTIVITY DATE and NEXT ACTIVITY DATE columns.

Each column header can be sorted by clicking the arrows next to them.

This list can be exported to Excel by clicking the pointing down arrow at the top right of the page.

NoteThe account names on Master List page are not clickable so you won't be able to view the information on the accounts  such as revenue, contacts, activity notes and deals. As an Account Executive, you can view the information on the account only when the account is assigned to you. All your accounts are on the My List page. To access the My List page, click My List on the top right. Please review this article for more information: Monarch - The Account List - Account Executive

If you would like to claim an account that is currently assigned to another salesperson, go to the Prospecting Page

For Managers, The Master List page is useful to determine if an Account should be reassigned due to inactivity. A manager has the abilities to reassign, share accounts or assign priority to the accounts on the Master list as well as My list pages.
