Note: As an Account Executive, you will either have access to enter prospect accounts or Lead accounts, if you see in the pop-up window " Add a Lead". This means that you only have access to add Lead accounts and your manager will need to approve the account before it becomes a Prospect account.
Entering Prospect Accounts - A lead account is typically considered an unclaimed account that still needs to be approved by a manager before being considered a Prospect.
Step 1 - All new accounts are created via the global +Add button in the upper-right-hand corner of your screen
Step 2 - Then you will see a new pop-up window showing you the type of account that you entering ( In this case a Prospect account ) - Once you are prompted, you can enter the Account Name and additional profile information such as Address, Phone Number, Category, Outlet ( Stations ) and Social Media details.
Step 3 - Once you click Save, it will save the record as a new prospect account and you will be able to enter deals as needed.
