Sometimes you may need to reopen a closed Deal. This can be done from the Account's Profile Page. You can do this from the Deals tab located in the Account Profile. To reopen a closed deal, please follow the below steps:
1. Navigate to the Account Profile Page that your Deal is on by typing in the account name on the global search and then click the Account name. The account profile will display. 
2. On the Account profile, click on the Deals tab. Then click on the Deal name that you wish to reopen.
3. Click the Deal status on the header and select Open - Pending to reopen the Deal.
