Monarch - Receiving Error when Adding a New Deal

If your corporate requires the Account and/or Agency address and Contact information before adding a new Deal and these information is missing, you will receive any below error messages when adding a new Deal.

There error messages will let you know which information are missing on the Deal. Per above screen shot, there are 2 missing information: 


1. The Account/Agency address(first error message).


2. The Contact (second error message).


Account or Agency address is missing


Please follow the below steps to fill out the information:


1. Click on the Account or Agency names on the error messages. Per below screen shot, New Business Advertiser(Account name) should be clicked. This will bring up the Account or Agency profiles.

2. On the Account or Agency profile, click a little pencil icon next to the Account or Agency profile.

3. On the Edit the Account/Agency dialog, please make sure the below fields are filled out and then click Save button.

  • Country
  • Address1
  • City
  • State
  • Zip

Contact information is missing

An Account Profile needs to have at least one Contact that has below information:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Title
  • Email
  • Primary Phone

Note that you may have multiple Contacts on the Account profile, but the error message still shows because none of the Contacts have First Name, Last Name, Title, Email, and Primary Phone filled in.

Please follow the below steps to fill out the information: 

1. Click on the Account or Agency names on the error messages. Per below screen shot, New Business Advertiser(Account name) should be clicked. This will bring up the Account or Agency profiles

2. On the Account Profile, click Contacts tab. Check if there is any Contact listed there. 

  • If there is a Contact on the Account Profile, 

- Click on the Contact name. This will bring up a Contact Profile. 

- On the Contact Profile, click a little pencil icon next to the Contact name. 

- Make sure First Name, Last Name, Title, Email, and Primary Phone have been filled out. 

- Check the radio button next to the one of the phone numbers that you have filled out to make it Primary Phone.  

- Then click Save button.

  • If there is no contact on the Account Profile, 

- Cilck (+) Add button on the right top of the page and select Contact

- Fill out First Name, Last Name, Title, Email, and Primary Phone. 

- Check the radio button next to the phone number that you have filled out to make it Primary Phone. 

- Click Save button. Once you click Save button, the Contact profile will show.
