Why are accounts not showing up on the Corporate CSS Reports?
There could be a few reasons:
- Did the order come over through the import process? Check the Revenue Tab on the account profile.
- Was the order entered into Wide Orbit using the appropriate revenue codes/types?
- Digital Core (Group)
- Digital Agency
- Digital Direct
- Digital New
- Local (Group)
- Local Paid
- Pd Prog New – Local
- Local Spot
- Spot Direct New – Local
Check the Details tab on the Account Profile.
