It is easy to share a report to others on your team. First you will need to have a report be a favorite. To see how to favorite a report, read this article.
Sharing a report is a short process outlined below:
1. Navigate to Reports.
2. From the My Favorites tab of the Reports page, click on the Options icon on the far right and select Share.
3. A new Share Report screen will display. Use this screen to select the individuals or teams that you would like to share the report with.
4. Click Save to share the report.
The report will now show in the Reports page on Shared With Me tab for the users that report is shared with.
