The Deal Created Report provides the information of deals created during the selected time frame.
To create the Deal Created Report, please follow the below instructions:
1. Please navigate to Reports on the menu bar.
2. Click the Forecast & Deals tab.
3. Click Deal Created link.
On the Options screen, you will be presented with the below options to build your report.
1. Deal Time frame - Only Deals that were created during the selected time frame will show.
2. Deal Statuses - Select the Statuses that you want in the Report.
3. Deal Stages - Select the Stages that you want in the Report.
4. Run Button - Once all options have been selected, click Run.
Note that clicking the Filters tab allows you to select or unselect Salespeople, Outlets and Rev Types.
Understanding the Grid
The report is split into two levels:
The first level provides the below information.
1. Salesperson - Name who deal is assigned to.
2. Total Deals Open - Total number of Deals are Open.
3. Total Deals Closed Total number of Deals that are Closed.
4. Closed Deal Won Ratio - Percentage of Deals Closed-Won.
5. Deal Last Updated - The most recent date the Deal was updated.
6. Sales Stages - Total number of Deals on each Sales Stage. (Your Sales Stages may vary from the below image)
7. Statuses - Total number of Deals on each Status. (Your Statuses may vary from the below image)
The second level provided the below information.
1. Account - Account name that the Deals is associated with.
2. Agency - When applicable this will list the Agency name that the Deal is associated with.
3. Deal - Deal name.
4. Open - The number of days that Deals has been Open.
5. Deal Last Updated - The most recent date the Deal was updated.
6. Deal Created Date The date the Deal was created.
7. Sales Stages - The number of days that the Deal has been in each Sales Stage.
8. Statuses - The dollar amount of the Deal in each Status.
Notes:
- Exporting (download icon) – This Report can be exported to a CSV (flat) format.
